Vickie Throne has been a Patient Care Coordinator at Nelson Audiology since 2024. Before joining our team, she dedicated 21 years to Mid-State Special Education, beginning as an Administrative Assistant and retiring as an Executive Secretary. Since retiring, Vickie enjoys working part-time at Nelson Audiology where she strives to greet everyone with a smile and help make their visit the best part of their day.
When asked about working at Nelson Audiology, Vickie is quick to answer her favorite part of the job, connecting with the patients and their families on their journey to better hearing. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a patient’s face light up when they experience the joy of hearing clearly with their new hearing aids.
Vickie resides in Litchfield, with her husband, Tony. They are proud parents of two daughters, Alexis and Madison, and are thrilled to welcome their first grandchild. Their son-in-law, Kevin, proudly serves in the U.S. Army. Outside of the office, Vickie enjoys traveling to visit her children, spending time with family and friends, and hunting for hidden treasures while thrifting and listing her latest finds online. Fun Fact: Vickie recently has taught herself how to sew, often eager to share her latest creations with the office.
